At Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises (DME), we care about more than our bottom line. We believe that good businesses support and invest in the communities they serve.
Here are some of the ways we are giving back to the communities where we work and live:
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati
DME is a proud partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati. We have participated in several outings and events to help raise funds for the organization. Several of DME’s employee’s are Big’s themselves and participate in the program.
Military Financial Readiness Program
In partnership with Toshiba, DME donates to the Military Financial Readiness Program to help military families manage their money with confidence.
Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy
DME has donated over $600,000 to the Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy organization. Parent Project is the largest, most comprehensive nonprofit organization in the United States focused on finding a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
Grant C. Alexander Scholarship Fund
The Grant C. Alexander Scholarship Foundation works to educate people about Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). For 16 years, DME has hosted a golf fundraiser to raise awareness and find a cure for DMD. At this event, we award four $1,000 scholarships to full-time college students who have overcome a hardship in their lives. To date, DME has given out over $65,000 in scholarship funds.
